Somehow, the app never touches CPU frequencies and governors, but rather improves Android's inner workings. Still, this isn't a speed booster app, mind you, or one that disables a whole bunch of connectivity and services like some battery savers do.
Coolify is many complicated concepts at once, made impressively simple as to not confuse the end user. What matters most is that those who've tried it boast of lower temperatures and better battery performance in intense tasks, such as gaming.
