HD icons for Apex, ADW, Holo, and Nova launchers. Many icons themed and ready, uses icon masking to theme rest of icons on your device.

I am working on customizing as many icons I come across.
• Custom HD icons (144 x 144)
• Able to apply icons manually through the icon pack
• Applies well on most wallpapers.
Will need to install through the launcher app.
