Through our app, you can do most of your banking transactions. You can see your balance by shaking the phone; make quick transfers and OCR-scan your bills with the phone's camera. You can check your loans, current interest rates and much more.
The application is under development. If you try to use a service that is not yet in place, you will be forwarded to our temporary app, Savings and investment app. With this supplement, you can do it all! If you don’t have the app, you will, if needed, be sent to Google Play where you easily download it.
Information on PDA
For safety reasons, we log all transactions that you perform via our mobile service. For the same reasons, we log the IP address that you open and use the mobile service from. To learn more about how we handle personal data, please contact your Savings Bank.
The Mobile Bank app will ask you to grant it the following permissions:
Permission to access your Contacts and Calendar
Contacts permission is used in the "Ladda kontantkort" feature to list possible recipients. The Calendar permission is ubnfortunately bundled together with Contacts permission and is never used by the app.
Permission to access Location
Used only in the "Automater och kontor" search feature to display the current user location and to calculate nearest search results.
The Phone permission is used to call a Branch office from within the "Kontakta oss/Telefonbok" feature
Permission to access Photos/Media/Files
Used by the "Kort på kort" feature to select an image.
Permission to access your Microphone and Camera
Used by OCR/QR-scanner and the "Kort på kort" feature to take pictures.
Permission Device ID & call information
Used only to check what device the app is running on and if the Call feature is available in the "Kontakta oss"
Permissions listed under Other:
receive data from Internet - Needed to receive push notifications
read Google service configuration - Used for google maps in the Automater och kontor feature
full network access - To receive data from Swedbank servers
control vibration - To give user feedback, for example in the OCR/QR scanner
view network connections - To be able to determine if the device has a working network connection
prevent device from sleeping - Used to prevent screen from sleep in the "Swedbank Direkt" feature
control flashlight - Used in the OCR/QR-scanner to control the flash/led
