ZiMM offers the Employer a warehouse of job seekers who are actively seeking employment. The software offers the employer the ability to access this warehouse via a mobile device or desktop and build a candidate list tailored specifically to its preferred criteria including industry, location, qualifications, years of experience, salary and more.

As an employer, once you have subscribed, there is no limit to the number of jobs each user could potentially fill. You are not paying per job advert, or a salary based fee, just $10.49 per month for a minimum of 12 months. No matter how many job offers or how high the salary package, the cost remains fixed.
